What you’ll do
- Reply quickly to new enquiries from the website, email, phone and WhatsApp
- Ask the right questions to understand each enquiry and qualify it
- Book calls and meetings for the business development and project teams
- Follow up with enquiries that haven’t replied
- Log every conversation in the CRM
What we’re looking for
- Good spoken and written English
- Friendly, clear and professional on calls and in messages
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up lists
- Organised and quick to respond
Nice to have
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service or a call centre
- Experience with a CRM such as GoHighLevel
